NORTHEAST ALLIANCE

Northeast Alliance was founded in 2018, and is a family owned and operated medical marijuana business. We started with a caregiver to patient delivery in Portland and expanded to include a dispensary in Limerick shortly after. Just this year got our first cultivation building running, and we are now working on building out our dispensary in South Portland, Maine. Both of our locations require a medical card, yes we accept out of state cards as well. We pride ourselves in having a wide variety of premium flower for our patients to choose from as well as a large range of products from Clones, CBD salves and Extracts and everything in between.
